PGM Construction is an owner-operated remodeling company, which in this trade is rarer than it should be. Pedro Guerrero doesn't run this from a desk. He selects every crew member, trains them to one standard, and stands on the job to answer for the result.

Kitchens and baths are where PGM does its best work, but Pedro learned every trade from the slab up. Four years building across Tampa Bay, almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients. The only marketing a contractor who does it right ever really needs.
